 SPT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established on October 30, 1975 based on Deed No. 195 dated 30 October 1975. In accordance with the latest Articles of Association of the Company listed in Deed No. 2 dated October 6, 2010, the Company is engaged in flexible packaging. Then on October 29, 1990, the Company officially became a public company by conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for 3,500,000 shares of common stock. The listing of the Company's shares is carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the name PT Kageo Igar Jaya Tbk and the IGAR trading code.

 PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel, Tbk. (GDS) was founded in 1989 in Surabaya. The establishment of the company was registered under Jamie Nahdi, SH notarial deed No. 6 dated April 8th, 1989 and approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. C-2.11174. HT.01.01.Th.1989 dated December 11th, 1989. In 2004 the status of GDS has been changed into Foreign Capital Investment in accordance with the Letter of Approval from Capital Investment Coordinating Board No. 15/V/PMA/2004 dated February 26th, 2004.

 The Company’s Articles of Association was amended several times. The last change was registered in a notarial deed of Dian Silviyana Khusnarini, SH.
