PT Bintraco Dharma was established in Semarang on June 1, 1969 under the name of PT Industri and Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma or abbreviated PT Bintraco Dharma, and until today it has grown into a holding company for several large subsidiary companies such as PT Nasmoco (founder of Toyota dealers in the Central Java & Yogyakarta Special Territory), PT Andalan Finance Indonesia (Automotive Finance Company), PT Meka Adipratama (Company engaged in the distribution of spare parts and car repairs), PT Carsworld Digital Indonesia (Company that develop automotive service provider applications) and several joint venture companies such as PT Toyota Tsusho Logistic Center-Nasmoco Transport, PT Bayauc Nasmoco Investindo and others.
The legal basis of the establishment PT Bintraco Dharma is Deed of Establishment No. 1 dated June 1, 1969, as has been amended by Deed of Amendment of The Article of Associaton No. 64 dated August 26, 1970, such both deeds are made before Raden Mas Suprapto, S.H., Notary in Semarang.
This deed of establishment has obtained approval from the Minister of Justice (currently Minister of Law and Human Rights) through its Decision Letter No. JA5/120/23 dated October 30, 1970 and has been
registered in the register book in the Registrar Office at
Semarang District Court, respectively No. 278/1970 and
279/1970 and 279 A/1970, all of which are dated December 7,
1970 and promulgated in Supplemental No. 69 of State
Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia (BNRI) No. 12 dated

Delivery of 500 plant seeds for Green In Salaman Mloyo area, Semarang
Friday, February 21, 2020, a subsidiary of PT Bintraco Dharma TbK, PT Meka Adipratama conducting CSR activities in the field of environmental activities namely the delivery of assistance in the form of 500 plant seeds located in the futsal court of Salaman Mloyo, Semarang was attended by a total of 150 participants.
The cost for the delivery of this plant seed is Rp8,276,400. Seedlings of the plant itself consist of 300 seeds Mahoni, 100 seedlings Trembesi, 100 seedlings Ketapang and 100 a wrapper manure.
The activity begins with a ceremony followed by representatives of Directors and Staff of PT Meka Adipratama, representative of Semarang City Government, District Office of West Semarang, Officials and Employees of 16 sub-district of Semarang Barat, Muspika, Team PKK and Sub-district Mobilizer, representatives of Polsek and Koramil district of West Semarang.
The objective of CSR activities is to meet the needs of 20% green open space in the area of Salaman Mloyo Semarang, participate in realizing the city forest and build a solid synergy between the company and the stakeholders and the community.
