Formerly known as PT Central Korporindo Internasional Tbk. The Company was established on 13 September 1999 under the name of PT Central Korporindo Internasional as a general trading company and became a public company on 21 November 2001 by listing its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now Indonesian Stock Exchange) with the ticker symbol ‘CNKO’. In 2010, the Company’s name was changed into PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Tbk.

In 2012, following the Second Rights Issue, CNKO transformed into an integrated coal-based energy company, with current business lines covering coal mining and trading, port services as well as power plant. At the end of 2017, the Company’s subsidiary PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk. also listed its shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with the ticker code ‘DWGL’.

Since the signing of long-term and mid-term Coal Sales Agreement (PJBB) contracts in 2006, the Company became one of coal suppliers for PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) and PT Indonesia Power (IP).

In 2018, the Company signed a spot contract agreement with Berau Coal to ensure continuous supply of raw materials for its operations. Exploitasi Energi Indonesia CNKO
 
 

Coal Concession

PT Eksploitasi Energi Indonesia ( EEI )

PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia has a concession area of ​​498.7 hectares and is located in Riam Andungan Village, District of Kintap, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. The concession is approximately 180 km from the Banjarmasin.

PT Sakti Rahayu Indah ( SRI )

PT Sekti Rahayu Indah has a concession area of 2.659 hectares and is located in Santilik dan Santiung Village, District of Mentaya Hulu, Regency of Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan. The concession is located approximately 180 km from the Sampit.

PT Abe Jaya Perkasa ( AJP )

PT Abe Jaya Perkasa has a concession area of 3.467 hectares and is located in, Kandul and Majangkan Village, District of Gunung Timang, Regency of Barito, Central Kalimantan. The concession is located approximately 150 km from the Palangkaraya.

Port

PT Eksploitasi Energi Indonesia

PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Port is a Special Port for Coal Mining located in Pandansari Village, District of Kintap, Regency of Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan. The port is approximately 150 km from Banjarmasin.

Coal-Fired Power Plant

PLTU Pangkalan Bun
