Started in 1972 with Tjiwi Kimia producing caustic soda, now we run
operations across Indonesia and China with an annual combined pulp,
paper, packaging product and converting capacity of over 19 million tons
per annum. Today, APP markets its products in more than 120 countries
across six continents.
Over the years, we have expanded our operations significantly through
the acquisition and expansion of several of our pulp and paper mills.

PT Intanwijaya Internasional Tbk,
formerly known as PT Intan Wijaya Chemical Industry, was first
established in 1982 as a producer of formaldehyde and formaldehyde
derivative products. The company was the first Indonesian chemicals
company to be listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange since July 24, 1990,
under the initial INCI.
Our first facility was established in
Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. The chemical complex was constructed in
1986 equipped with world-renowned European technologies, such as Oxide
process formaldehyde technology from M/S PERSTORP AB of Sweden and

Company was established under the name of PT Indo Ayala Leasing
Corporation and is a limited liability company subject to the laws and
regulations that apply in the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in South
Jakarta. The Company was established based on the Deed of Establishment
No. 125 dated February 23, 1982, as amended by Deed No. 41 dated 18
April 1983, which deeds were made before Frederik Alexander Tumbuan, SH,
Notary in Jakarta, and were approved by the Minister of Justice of the
Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. C2-3535.HT.01.01.TH.83 dated
May 3, 1983, and has been announced in the State Gazette of the Republic
of Indonesia No. 40, additional No. 501 dated May 18, 1984. The
Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times, where
the latest amendment was based on Deed No. 18, which was made before
Dedy Pramono, SH, M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta on 11 November 2015
concerning an agreement to increase the Company's authorized capital
from Rp. 150,000,000,000 (one hundred and fifty billion Rupiah) to Rp.
650,000,000,000. (six hundred fifty billion Rupiah), an increase in
paid-up capital in the Company from the original Rp. 38,367,416,900
(thirty eight billion three hundred sixty seven million four hundred
sixteen thousand nine hundred Rupiah) to Rp. 168,367,416,900 (- one
hundred sixty eight billion three hundred sixty seven million four
hundred sixteen thousand nine hundred Rupiah) using the mechanism of
Capital Addition without Pre-emptive Rights through the Conversion of
the Company's Debt to Sinoasia Holding Limited, and changes in the
composition of the Company's Directors and Board of Commissioners. This
latest amendment to the Articles of Association has been approved by the
Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia
(hereinafter referred to as "Menkumham") through Decree No.

eliminating trapping of water and dirt.
Innovations always ring in the minds of our engineers. In one of its
innovative moves, project team designed the glass roof structure by
horizontal clamping bar between the glass panels.
