PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk. ("The Company") was established in 1988 under the name PT Bintang Kharisma, with the status of Domestic Investment (PMDN). In 1994, the Company listed and sold its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange, and became PT Bintang Kharisma Tbk. In 1997, the Company changed its name from PT Bintang Kharisma Tbk to PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk.
 

The company is engaged in the footwear industry, covering the production and marketing of sports / casual shoes to the local and international markets.

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY 

At the beginning of its establishment, the Company produced sport shoes entirely for export purposes. However, in 2002, Reebok, the main buyer of the Company, conducted a business relocation which resulted in the cessation of orders. Along with the cessation of export orders, the Company began to pioneer the sale of shoes in the domestic market with its own brand, namely "Tomkins". Until now, sales of Tomkins shoes have spread throughout Indonesia.
In addition to producing and marketing TOMKINS shoes, the Company also receives orders for the production of other brands of shoes for export purposes, such as Lonsdale, Dunlop, Firetrap, and others. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure (BIMA) History

Starting from a tent and a former machine, the PT Daya Mekar is located on the Simpang Aruna Bandung road, which was founded by Mr. Tirta Suherlan.
PT Daya Mekar moved its address to Banten Banten Street, and changed its name to PT Trisula Banten Textile Mill.

1977
Mr. Tirta Suherlan bought a 13.5 hectare plot of land in Cimahi, to be the new location of PT Trisula Banten Textile Mill

PT. TBTM officially moved to Cimahi

The Bellini textile brand was born

Trident bought PT. Southern Cross Textile Industry (SCTI), as the second textile factory that owns the CATERINA textile brand
1987
PT PT Nusantara Excellent, which serves as Trisula's first garment factory
 The company adds capacity to 1,000,000 yards per month.

Trident Head Office was established at Delta Building Jakarta

Tirta Suherlan's father dies and Trisula's entire quest is continued by her two sons, Kiky Suherlan and Dedie Suherlan

 In Indonesia the operation of Bata shoe sales is run by PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk. The company's factory was first established in 1939, and is currently in two places, namely Kalibata and Medan. Both produce 7 million pairs of footwear a year consisting of 400 models of shoes, sandals and sandals made of leather, rubber and plastic. Before 1978, the status of Bata in Indonesia was a foreign investment company (PMA), so it was forbidden to sell directly to the market. Bata sells through special distributors (depots) on a consignment system. The status of these distributors was changed and on January 1, 1978, when the Bata trade license was "transferred" to them and PT Sepatu Bata became a domestic investment company (PMDN).
