PT. Wahana Phonix Mandiri carried out business expansion by purchasing fixed assets in the form of a candy processing factory owned by PT. Unisatya Inasentra located in Bogor, West Java

Change the name of PT. Wahana Phonix Mandiri became PT. Wahana Pronatural, Tbk based on the GMS with several considerations, as follows:
- It is necessary to adjust the name of the company to its core business, namely in the field of agricultural and marine products Agribusiness so that it can reflect the business field of the Company.
- Fostering new enthusiasm for investors, business partners and all employees.

PT Wahana Pronatural, Tbk is a company engaged in trading, development, industry, trading of mining products, agriculture, printing, transportation, and services. The main commodities of trade in agricultural and marine products are Seaweed (dried), Rice and Soybeans. Most of the sales of Seaweed are exported to China, Asia and America. Meanwhile, rice and soybean commodities are traded locally and between islands. The mining commodity is Manganese (Mn). Currently, the Company plans to develop trade in agricultural products, namely coffee and mining commodities, namely Nickel and Rock Asphal. Coffee Commodity marketed at home and abroad by utilizing the network already owned by the Company. Likewise, nickel mining products are planned to be exported, while rock asphalt is used to support the company in developing its business in the field of general contractors. In the field of development, the Company acts as a developer and general contractor. In order to diversify and increase its main business activities, the Company started producing candy with several brands and segments such as Chewy Candy, Hard Candy, Snack Candy and Gummy Candy.
