SPT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established on October 30, 1975 based on Deed No. 195 dated 30 October 1975. In accordance with the latest Articles of Association of the Company listed in Deed No. 2 dated October 6, 2010, the Company is engaged in flexible packaging. Then on October 29, 1990, the Company officially became a public company by conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for 3,500,000 shares of common stock. The listing of the Company's shares is carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the name PT Kageo Igar Jaya Tbk and the IGAR trading code.

Innovation for the sake of offering quality products and best services is reflected through the Company's success in obtaining ISO 9001: 2008 certification for the Quality Management System. In order to support the commitments that have been built, the Company is now preparing itself to obtain ISO 12647-2 certification specifically aimed at controlling product quality.
Now the Company runs its entire business process through two subsidiaries, namely PT Indogravure and PT Avesta Continental Pack. The production, marketing and distribution processes are run through the head office in Bekasi in an integrated area that includes a flexible packaging manufacturing plant from PT Avesta Continental Pack. With this, the Company can carry out business activities effectively and efficiently including after-sales services that are responsive to the various needs of its business partners.
