 PT Perdana Gapuraprima (“the owners of the Company”) was originally established under the name of PT Perdana Gapura Mas based on Notarial Deed Chufran Hamal, S.H., No. 99, dated May 21, 1987. The name of the owners of the Company changed from PT Perdana Gapura Mas to PT Perdana Gapuraprima based on Notarial Deed Esther Mercia Sulaiman, S.H., No. 33, dated March 1, 1999. Gapuraprima is a property development company that has a portfolio of residential and commercial development projects for the upper middle market segment. The Company’s current business activities are more focused on the development and investment of property businesses. Gapuraprima group is one of the major national property developers. The Company has undergone a transformation into a company with more diverse property projects. Not only residential landed houses, but also developing mixed use projects and high rise buildings inside and outside Jakarta. The group has completed more than 30 property projects in the last two decades. The property portfolio includes housing, apartments, offices, malls, recreation and hotels (serviced apartment). All these are successfully distributed well into the consumers with a high level of satisfaction. The Company has succeeded through two crises, which are in 1998 and 2009. In the early 2000s, Gapuraprima continues to develop products such as for the upper middle class by building apartments, Offices and Mall in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. The Company will always adapt in the midst of the rapid development of the era by making innovations and new breakthroughs in order to always survive and be at the forefront. In addition, the corporate culture values that simple and rooted are always cultivated to each individual. The Company is also very concerned with the living and social environments.  PT Fortune Mate Indonesia Tbk (the Entity) was established within the frame work of the Foreign Capital Investment Law (PMA) No. 1 year 1967 based on Notarial Deed No. 44, dated June 24, 1989 by Rika You Soo Shin, S.H., notary in Surabaya. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. C2-9241.HT.01.01 TH. 94, dated June 16, 1994 and were announced in the State Gazette of Republic Indonesia No. 82 Supplement No. 7947 dated October 14, 1994. The Article of Association has been amended several times latest by Notary Deed of Wachid Hasyim, S.H., No. 35, dated December 17, 2009 about the conversion of other payables into issued and fully paid capital stock. The amendment of the Article of Association has been received by the Department of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in its letter No. AHU-0085406.AH.01.09. year 2009, dated December 22, 2009.
  The Entity started its commercial operations since 1989 in the manufacturing of footwear located in Sidoarjo, East Java, and stopped its operation since middle of March 2004. In 2005 the business switched to the field of Real Estate Development with offices located in Surabaya. 

PT Multi Bangun Sarana (PT MBS)

M.H. in notarial deed No. 3, dated December 14, 2007, the Entity has invested in shares to PT MBS amounted to Rp 30,600,000,000 consists of 30,600 shares with par value Rp 1,000,000 or equivalent to 51,00% Based on deed of EGMS notarized by Hari Santoso, S.H. ,M.H. in notarial deed No. 13, dated December 28, 2011, the Entity has increased investment in shares to PT MBS amounted to Rp 59,800,000,000 consists of 59,800 shares with par value Rp 1,000,000 and transfer price of Rp 29,200,000,000 making the percentage of ownership to 99.67%. 


PT Masterin Property (PT MP)
Address: Gozco Building 3rd floor, 54-56 Raya Darmo Street, Surabaya 60265. Based on deed of EGMS notarized by Hari Santoso, S.H., M.H. in notarial deed No. 4, dated December 14, 2007, the Entity has invested in shares to PT MP amounted to Rp 15,300,000,000 consists of 15,300 shares with par value Rp 1,000,000 or equivalent to 51,00%. 

PT Indosuryo Wahyupahala ( PT IWP)
Address: Gozco Building 3rd floor, 54-56 Raya Darmo Street, Surabaya 60265.
