 PT Uni-Charm Indonesia was founded in 1997, and celebrated its 20th birthday in 2017. Our main business is paper diapers for babies, sanitary napkins, paper diapers for the elderly, and all of them have won No.1 share. We have two factories in Karawang and one in Surabaya, and have distributed products throughout Indonesia as well as exporting abroad.
 Our brands are MamyPoko, Charm, and Lifree, we will continue to make original and first products in Indonesia, and contribute to the realization of a prosperous life for Indonesian consumers.

 Unicharm has a hope of "wanting to fulfill people's dreams by offering products that support body and soul gently so that customers are free from a variety of burdens ranging from infants to seniors" which we incorporate into our corporate philosophy of NOLA & DOLA (Necessity of Life with Activities & Activities & Dream of Live with Activities). We currently provide Baby Care products centered on baby diapers, Feminine Care / women's sanitary products such as pads and tampons, Health Care / urine handling products for adults, cleaning products such as sheet cleaners, wet wipes, 3D mask models, and Pet Care products. .
 As our living environment changes with the times, the desires of consumers also increase in number and diversity. Unicharm captures all these desires as quickly as possible, and since it was first established by utilizing non-woven fabric, absorbent material processing and molding technology that we have worked with for years, we have continued to develop new products by reading the market. 1968
The original Trisula company, Trisula Textile Industries, had humble beginnings in Indonesia in 1968. Local entrepreneur Tirta Suherlan established a textile company in Bandung, near Jakarta, with only a few weaving looms.
He adopted cutting-edge textile manufacturing technology from Japan to maximise quality, and his focus on care and commitment inspired employees to give their best. His strict adherence to quality has been the key success factor for all Trisula companies ever since.

1989
In 1989, the company expanded its business to the garment industry and manufactured branded garments and distributed the products in Japan, USA, Europe, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries, in addition to the large and growing domestic market of Indonesia.

1995
Trisula International started as a division of Trisula Corporation in 1995.


1996
In 1996 full-scale overseas operations began in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong and South Africa.

1998
In 1998 Trisula Corporation established a Corporate Garments (uniform) division and began producing uniforms for banks, airlines, hotels, resorts and the public sector.

2004
In 2004 the division became a retail company under the name of PT. Transindo Global Fashion (TGF).

2011
  • Relaunched in-house brand Man Club
  • PT. TGF formally became known as PT. Trisula International Tbk.
  • Acquired PT. Trisula Garmindo Manufacturing

Appointed as Retail Operator for BONDS, an Australian based clothing company.

2014

  • Appointed as retail operator for Hallmark (USA) – Bath & Bed Linen category
2015
  • PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing successfully won a uniform tender for America Airlines.
  • Mido Uniforms Pte Ltd successfully won a uniform tender for Silk Air and St. Regis Macao.
  • The Company established PT Trisula Orientex Perdana.
2016
  • The Company acquired shares of PT Nissiel Garment Manufacturer.
  • Merger of PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing and PT Nissiel Garment Manufacturer.
  • Share divestment from PT Trisula Garmindo Manufacturing to PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing.

TIFICO FIBER INDONESIA TBK PT, established on October 25, 1975. The Company became a commercial company in July 1976, two years after it started building its first plant.

A year later on October 29, 1977 the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Suharto launch the grand opening of the plant. Since February 1980, the company has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a public company.

In April 2010, a consortium of four companies that have established a reputation and long-term experience and expertise in the textile industry to buy shares of Teijin Limited, as the major shareholder. Once produced and manufactured for 20 years the company has developed and hold for the following reasons:
