Starting from a business founded by Mr. Poniman in the 1960s that expanded into several companies as authorized car dealers of Mitsubishi dan Mercedes-Benz brands.
PT PUTRA MANDIRI JEMBAR (“Company”) was established in Jakarta in 2003 as a holding company of those automotive companies. In 2012, The Company expanded its line of business into rental services by establishing a new subsidiary company, PT Global Pahala Rental to carry out automotive rental services to corporate (Business to Business). In 2019, the Company added two new vehicle brands to its dealership portfolio after its subsidiary company, PT Dipo Pahala Otomotif was appointed as an authorized dealer of passenger car of Nissan and Datsun brands. In line with the growing of online trading, through its subsidiary company, PT Mobilku Dotcom Sejahtera acquired a web portal (e-commerce) in automotive marketplace, Mobilku.com. In 2020, together with Mitsubishi Corporation established PT Suku Cadang Oto Sejahtera as a provider of vehicle parts trading portal. In addition, through its subsidiaries company, PT Mokas Otomotif Sejahtera was established which is engaged in the trade of used vehicles.
Currently, through its subsidiaries, there are 46 Mitsubishi dealer showrooms, 1 Mercedes-Benz dealer showroom, and 2 Nissan dan Datsun dealer showrooms located in 32 cities and 11 provinces spread over in SUMATERA, DKI Jakarta, JAWA and KALIMANTAN. Putra Mandiri Jembar PMJS
The company was founded in 1976 under the name PT Sumatra Motor Ltd. Co. then became PT Sumatra Berlian Motors and finally became PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif (DIPO). DIPO is the official dealer of Mitsubishi brand motor vehicles, both passenger and commercial vehicles produced by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation with dealer networks in Sumatra, Java, DKI Jakarta and Kalimantan. DIPO is the largest authorized dealer of Mitsubishi brand motor vehicles in Indonesia, which serves vehicle unit sales and after-sales services, including the sale of original spare parts, workshop services and vehicle body repair.
