 Established on 14 December 1995 in Jakarta, the Company engages in plastic weaving industry and commenced its initial production of plastic bag in 1997 at Jl. Pahlawan, Cemengkalang, Sidoarjo, East Java. The Company listed and traded its shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange through Initial Public Offering (IPO) on March 5, 2008. In 2000, the Company developed the business by manufacturing laminated sacks which is the material of cement bag when coupled with kraft paper.

 In 2005, the Company started manufacturing cement bag through a mix of sandwich sheet and kraft paper which supplies almost every cement plant in Indonesia. At the end of 2008, the Company expanded the plants to increase production capacity by purchasing the land and building on Jalan Raya Tandes 208, Surabaya, East Java.

 In 2009, the Company launched new product: PP Woven Block Bottom Bag, a cement bag with only 1 ply plastic sack which is stronger and more economical.In attempt to expand market share and meet the relatively high demand on plastic bags in South Sulawesi, the Company opened a branch office in Makassar, Ujung Pandang, in 2010.

 Moreover, to meet the demands and market competition in 2012, the Company expanded the assets i.e. land and buildings, also added and/or upgraded the production machines, with a total investment of Rp60 billions. Along with the local and global economic fluctuations, the Company continuously seeks to respond every challenge and barrier.  PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) was formally established as a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) on October 7, 2014. WSBP is a company that focuses on precast and ready mixed concrete production, as it became the largest current producer in Indonesia. The company listed its first shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange market (Bursa Efek Indonesia/BEI) on September 20, 2016.

 Shortly after IPO 2016, various achievements and goals have been surpassed by the company, with the inclusion of winning the Alpha 10^th Annual Best Deal & Solution Award Southeast Asia 2016, with funds reaching above 5.1 trillion rupiahs. Following that, WSBP also got included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) 2017, the Index LQ45 in early 2018, as well as the Indeks Kompas 100 in 2018.

Alongside that, WSBP earned 3 verified certificates for system management integration in 2017, which includes the ISO 9001: 2015, based on Quality Management System,  the 14001:2015 on Environment Management System, and OHSAS 18001:2007 on Occupational, Health and Safety Management System.  As of this moment, the company has an approximate production capacity as much as 3,5 million tons every year, with support from 11 working plants, as well as 72 batching plants and 5 quarries.  There has been various architectural wonders built by using WSBP’s precast & ready mix concrete, including Bali’s Benoa highway, the Gempol-Pasuruan highway, the Gempol-Porong highway, the Pejagan-Pemalang highway (both packets 1&2),  an LRT in Palembang, the Becakayu highway sections 1B and 1C, Terminal 3 in Soekarno Hatta International Airport, the busway route in Adam Malik, an underpass in Palembang, as well as other massive Indonesian architectural projects.

 In order to maximize the utility of product commitment and innovation, WSBP built a 3 - story laboratorium in Karawang, ranging across 1,1 ha and 2.261m2> in land and building area. The construction of the laboratory is considered to be a step further for WSBP, in terms of completing lab production tools and materials in every working plant. Active and operating laboratories in May 2018 is intended for research activities, to support and utilize the birth of upcoming products and innovations, in order to continue carrying out the development of architectural and business projects.  UIC was established in 1983 and began commercial operation since November 1985, supported by licensed technology of UOP LLC, USA.

 UIC's main products is Alkylbenzene (AB), one of main raw substance for detergent. UIC is the sole manufacturer of AB in Indonesia and produces two types of AB which are Linear Alkylbenzene (LAB) and Branched Alkylbenzene (BAB). The Company also produces Heavy Alkylate (HA) and Light Alkylate (LA) as its by products.

 The Company has three units of AB plants built in one location with a total production capacity of 270,000 MT per annum (combination of LAB and BAB).

 UIC is considered as a company with the biggest one location installed production capacity in the region of Asia Pacific and has managed to strengthen its position in that region through some investments in several companies with similar industry in Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Dual Flush

As early as 1976, TOTO released a new toilet that uses 13 liters with each large flush, achieving water savings of 35% compared to earlier toilets. Since then, we have continued to increase water e ciency. In 1999, TOTO launched its first dual flush technology, minimizing water usage to 6 ltr/3 ltr.
Now, our toilets use the 4.5 ltr/3 ltr dual flush system for solid and liquid waste respectively.

Ecocap

Our EcoCap technology uses an ingenious water outlet cap that mixes air with water to reduce water consumption without any loss in stream volume. EcoCap enables full flow rates with just 3.6 liters of water, only 1/3 of the water from other normal faucets.

Self Power

Aqua Auto faucets incorporate two technologies for public facilities. They work together to optimize power and water-saving performance.
Aqua Auto harnesses power through hydroelectric power generation so no power supply is required. The hydroelectric power uses water flow to maintain its rechargeable battery. So, the more you use the sensor faucet, the longer it lasts.The automatic micro sensor—positioned at the tip of the spout—is operated using the generated power, preventing water from being left running, thus helping to conserve water. Accurate hand detection also means only the minimum necessary amount of water is used.

Urinal Sensor
When the urinal is seldom used, the flush volume is larger. When the urinal is used frequently, the flush volume is smaller. The urinal sensor technology is ideal for public facilities where strict hygiene standards need to be met and maintained. Its Fuzzy Logic Controlled software regulates the amount of water used based on the duration between each flushing to minimize water wastage while the non-contact auto flush system keeps the environment clean and safe to use.

SMA Thermostat

The Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) Thermostat maintains a constant water temperature despite fluctuating water temperatures and pressure levels resulting from water being used elsewhere in the home. The result is water temperature you can rely on, whether you’re in the shower or washing your hands, without having to adjust it manually.
The special alloy of the control unit reacts faster than a conventional wax control unit. If the cold or hot water supply is interrupted, the SMA Thermostat will expand or contract to immediately readjust the temperature.
