PT Sinergi Megah Internusa Tbk was established on May 30, 2014 and has been operating since 2016. The main business carried out by the Company is in the field of Tourism. At present, the Company owns and operates an International-standard Boutique Hotel located at Yogyakarta using the brand "Lafayette Boutique Hotel". The company also has one subsidiary, PT Mulia Manunggal Karsa which owns land assets in Batam with an area of around 20 hectares which are planned to be developed as villas along with supporting facilities and infrastructure by carrying the name "Batam Bay".
