Through the development and management of the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) integrated commercial area, the Company has proven its quality as a leading international developer and manager of property in Indonesia. To strengthen the Company's accountability to the public, on April 19, 2002, the Company made an initial public offering of 100,000,000 shares to the public on the Surabaya Stock Exchange (now the Indonesia Stock Exchange) and became a public company with the trading code SCBD. The company also continues to improve the application of good corporate governance as well as quality and environmental management systems to achieve effective and efficient operational activities.  PT Pikko Land Development Tbk was established with the name of PT Roda Panggon Harapan based on notarial Deed No. 83 dated October 15, 1984 of Benny Kristianto SH, notary in Jakarta. The Articles of Association have been amended several times, most recently by the Deed No. 8 dated October 5, 2012 from notary Rudy Siswanto, SH, notary in Jakarta, regarding the change of the name and the domicile, from PT Royal Oak Development Asia Tbk to PT Pikko Land Development Tbk and from South Jakarta to Central Jakarta.

 In accordance with Article 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the scope of activities of the Company are general trading, agency, contractor, industrial, transportation, printing, agriculture, real estate, oil and mining. Currently, the Company's main activity is in development and sale of real estate and/or unit apartment/office and also investments in shares of stocks and several properties asset such as land and building.

The Company started its commercial operations in 1995.

The Company's operational headquarter is located at Sahid Sudirman Residence, 3rd floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 86, Jakarta 10220 with phone number: (021) 5297 0288 and fax number: (021) 290 22888.

On October 22, 2001, the Company has recorded its shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) (formerly Jakarta Stock Exchange) by initial offering of 150.000.000 Company shares with par value of Rp 100 per share to the public at an offering price of Rp 120 per share.

In 2007, the Company performed Limited Public Offering I of publishing Rights Issue to issued 12,883,800,000 new shares with par and offering price at Rp 100 per share, which are attached 118.200.000 Series II Warrants.

On January 28, 2013, from 118.200.000 Series II Warrants, 117.328.209 have been converted to shares and the remaining 871.791 are not traded on the Stock Exchange anymore.

 Starting from an individual store selling clothes at Duta Merlin, Central Jakarta in 1987. RIMO was inaugurated as a company engaged in Retail.

 The first outlet opened after the company was officially established located at Gajah Mada Plaza 3rd floor, Central Jakarta, then continued with opening of outlets in Pasar Baru and Blok M Plaza. The first outlet outside Jakarta was in Surabaya open at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya.

 Then on November 10, 2000, RIMO became a Public Company by listing its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

 On July 21, 2014 with the Deed No. 70 The Company changed its name from PT RIMO CATUR LESTARI Tbk to PT RIMO INTERNATIONAL LESTARI Tbk and obtained approval from the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-06432.40.20.2014 dated August 11, 2014.

  • To develop GCG practice and to ensure its implementation is well for every level in the Company and also to make any adjustment if necessary.
  • To conduct supervisory for managing the Company by the Board of Directors and to ensure that the Board of Directors has considered the interest of the Shareholders.
  • To establish Audit Committee and other committees if necessary and also to conduct evaluation for such Committees performance at the end of the year.
  • To conduct Annual GMS and other GMS in accordance with its authorities as referred to in the regulations and articles of associations.

 PT Roda Vivatex Tbk. is one of the largest textile industry companies in Indonesia which produces polyester filament woven fabrics. It was established in 1980 and started production in 1983. At the beginning of the company's establishment, the production of polyester fabrics was still dominated by Korea and Japan, so that the demand for fabrics in the country was highly dependent on imported fabrics. Seeing such conditions, makes one of the reasons for Mr Sutiadi widjaja who has 12 years experience in the textile chemical trade to establish a textile industry company that specializes in producing polyester fabrics.

 The company is growing rapidly because these types of fabrics are in demand by people in various countries. The government also supports the existence of deregulation in promoting non-oil exports. The textile industry is able to penetrate the international market and even become one of the prima donas of non-oil exports. The company is listed as one of the major exporters of textile fabrics in polyester industry, fabrics that use polyester filament materials are Georgette, Satin and Palace.

 The company is very concerned about the development of product quality, because this is a demand to penetrate markets in various countries. The development of fabric manufacturing technology is carried out regularly and utilizes leading-edge machinery from Japan. The combination of advanced technology and machinery produces quality products and in fact these products are in great demand by the European community.

 The existing production capacity is felt to be unable to accommodate the increasing demand for fabrics from abroad. to meet this demand the company certainly requires a large capital because the amount of production increases. As a way out, on May 14, 1990, the Company listed on the stock exchange as a Public Company. Machine tools purchased and supplied can eventually meet these needs. With machine technology used such as waterjet looms, shuttle looms, rapier looms, flat screen printing, rotary screen printing and dyeing machines, the company continues to provide quality fabric products.

Since June 2002 the company through a subsidiary has diversified its business in the property sector in the form of leasing office buildings named Menara Bank Danamon. Along with the increasing demand for office space, at the end of 2007 the Company through its Subsidiary has completed building another office building called the Standard Chartered Tower.

 In 2008 the Company restructured its business so that the Subsidiary only engaged in property while the company remained in the textile business.
