 Established incorporated in 1998 in the Free-trade Zone of Bintan, Riau Province, Indonesia, PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya (BBR) started its operations as a shipping agency company.
 With respect to Indonesia’s Cabotage Principle, domestic sea-borne transportation of various key specified categories of goods such as coal, granite, sand, and more commodities in general is to be undertaken by Indonesian-flagged vessels.
BBR currently owns an impressive fleet of young and efficient tugboats and barges, and offshore vessels to cater to these marine logisitics needs.

Tug Boat and Barges

 The Company provides the fleet charter to their customer based on voyage charter and time charter system. For voyage charters, The Company provides transportation services for various kinds of bulk mining material such as coal, granite and sand for transhipment or delivery via rivers and coastal routes (not intercontinental).
 The Company currently operator 34 barges of various sizes ranging from 240 feet to 310 feet with the support by 35 tug boats with 1200HP to 2400HP. In addition, The Company also owns one unit Self-Propelled Barge vessels weighing 5,024 gross tonnage.

 Currently, with its fleet, The Company support a comprehensive range of offshore oil and gas activites, starting from the exploration phase to the production phase with a comprehensive range in the Indonesian market. The Company chartering its vessels to oil and gas companies as the-end user with time charter system.
 Nowadays, The Company is supported by five unit AHTS vessel and 1 unit Platform Supply Vessel. In addition, The Company entered into build and purchase agreements of 6 (six) Offshore Support Vessel units which will be distributed in stages within the next 2 years.

 Established in Juli 6, 2006, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra (“Balitower”) is a leading provider of telecommunication tower infrastructures in Bali Province as well as a pioneer in the provision of tower facilities that are equipped with integrated transmission facility through fiber optic/ wireless network, which is then providing the Company with the ability to continuously support the technological advancement in the telecommunication field. On March 13, 2014, Balitower officially listed its shared in Indonesia Stock Exchange and started trading with stock code BALI.

In conducting its business activities, the Company has 2 business segments:
 
  1. Leasing of telecommunication tower infrastructure (macro and micro)
  2.  Leasing of fiber optic and/or transmission infrastructure.
 Balitower consistently improve the business performance in its business activities with the development of technology in Indonesia, which is evidenced by the establishment of good cooperation with some of Indonesia's leading operators and business support companies Balitower.

 Balitower has also expanded its business activities following the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology on the approval of the implementation of Internet Protocol Television service in December 2017, whereby the expansion of this business activity is a cooperation in the form of Combo Product Services between TV Cable Services provided by PT Paramitra Media Interactive as a subsidiary with Internet Services provided by Balitower called "balifiber".
