Gunawan Dianjaya Steel (GDST)
PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel, Tbk. (GDS) was founded in 1989 in Surabaya. The establishment of the company was registered under Jamie
Nahdi, SH notarial deed No. 6 dated April 8th, 1989 and approved by the
Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No.
C-2.11174. HT.01.01.Th.1989 dated December 11th, 1989. In 2004 the
status of GDS has been changed into Foreign Capital Investment in
accordance with the Letter of Approval from Capital Investment
Coordinating Board No. 15/V/PMA/2004 dated February 26th, 2004.
The Company’s Articles of Association was amended several times. The
last change was registered in a notarial deed of Dian Silviyana
Khusnarini, SH. No 14 dated November 24th, 2015 about the adjustment to
Indonesia Financial Authority. The act is authenticate by Minister of
Law and Human Right Republic of Indonesia number AHU-0947967.AH.01.02.
Year 2015, dated December 15th, 2015.
In accordance to the Articles of Association, the Company scope of
activities is hot rolled steel plate industrial milling. Located in an
area of approximately 20 hectares, GDS commenced its commercial
production since the end of 1993 to serve the domestic and export
markets.
Since its establishment, GDS continue fulfill the commitment on
sustainable growth through on-going innovation. Supported by advanced
Four High Rolling Mill technology and qualified human resources, GDS
always ready to face the global challenges of the steel industry. Until
