Polaris Investama PLAS

PT. Polaris Investama Tbk (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established on July 23, 1992 based on Notarial Deed of Kamelina, SH., No. 92 under the name PT. Daya Delta Intertama and has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2-3428-HT.01.01. Th. 1994 dated February 24, 1994 and has been published in Supplementary News No. 4973 dated August 2, 1994.

The Company's budget has been amended several times, including based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions of PT. Palm Asia Corpora Tbk No. 17 dated 18 June 2007 by Muhammad Hanafi S.H., Notary in Jakarta. These changes include the change in the name of the Company which was originally named PT. Palm Asia Corpora Tbk became PT. Redland Asia Capital Tbk. The deed of amendment to the articles of association has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. W7-07616.HT.01.04-TH.2007 dated 9 July 2007.

The Company's budget has been amended several times, most recently based on the Deed of Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT. Redland Asia Capital Tbk No. 1 dated December 1, 2008 by Karlita Rubianti S.H., Notary in Jakarta. These changes include the change of the Company's name to PT. Polaris Investama Tbk. The amendment deed has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-95051.AH.01.02.Year 2008 dated December 3, 2008   Polaris Investama PLAS

BNP is engaged in property and has an ongoing project in Meruya Residence, Jakarta and has acquired land in the Solo area, and plans to develop land in the South Tangerang area. 

PT Universal Broker Indonesia

UBI is engaged in Securities Trading Broker and Underwriter. In addition, UBI also has a subsidiary, namely PT Treasure Fund Investama (98%) which has a business license as an Investment Manager.
