PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk is a specially designed for commercial terminal with car terminal services provided, such as Stevedoring, Cargodoring, Receiving & Delivery. For 100% export and import, and also domestic coverage services. This terminal also serve Value Added Services including Vehicle Processing Center and Equipment Processing Center, Road Freight Services, and Port Stock. Furthermore, it also provide Sea Toll Services or Maritim Toll Road in supporting government program to reduce freight transportation because all this time transportation carried out by land than sea.

PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk was established as a separate business entity on December 1, 2012. 99% of the shares is owned by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and 1% by PT Multi Terminal Indonesia. Prior to its establishment, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk was merely a strategic business unit named Tanjung Priok Car Terminal (TPT) managed by the head office since June 2007.

On July 9th 2018, Indonesia Car Terminal join Indonesia Stock Exchange and officially develop into a Company Public, so share of the ownership turn into 71,3% by IPC, 0,7% by Multi Terminal Indonesia (sister company), and 28% by public or IPCC. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal IPCC

In line with the Indonesian government’s Sea Toll policy for improvement of port capacity, and in support to IPC’s Pendulum Nusantara work program, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk ties a collaboration with PT. Maspion Group to develop infrastructure port in Eastern Indonesia.

On 2 December 2014 a Memorandum of Understanding between IPC – represented by PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk – with PT. Maspion Industrial Estate for construction preparation and operation of car terminal at Maspion Industrial Estate in Gresik. This will be the first and the most modern car terminal in East Java.
