 Encouraged by the desire to provide nutritious, quality and affordable cheese for all levels of society, PT Mulia Boga Raya was established in 2007. PT Mulia Boga Raya's factory located in Cikarang, West Java is a cheese factory with international production standards that has received ISO 22000 certification, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Process). Besides that PT Mulia Boga Raya's factory has also obtained SNI certification (Indonesian National Standard) and HALAL certification from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
 After going through thorough preparation, in 2010 PT Mulia Boga Raya launched processed cheddar cheese that was given the Prochiz brand. This premium variant was followed by Prochiz gold and Prochiz spready, which was launched in 2013.
 In September 2012 PT Mulia Boga Raya launched a new product variant called Prochiz Slice. This product is a breakthrough for the processed cheddar cheese category, in addition to the taste of cheese which is better and affordable, Prochiz slice is the only sheet cheese that can be stored at room temperature without a refrigerator.

The name of this company was originally NV Chemicalien Handle Rathkamp & Co. Based on the policy of nationalization of ex Dutch companies at the beginning of the independence period; the Government of the Republic of Indonesia merged in 1958 a number of pharmaceutical companies into PNF Bhinneka Kimia Farma. 2013

  • The CBP Group entered the beverage business.
  • The Agribusiness Group expanded its sugar business to Brazil and the Philippines through equity investment in Companhia Mineira de Açúcar e Álcool Participações (“CMAA”) and Roxas Holdings Inc. (“Roxas”).

2014
The CBP Group expanded its beverage business by entering the packaged water business, with the acquisition of packaged water assets including the Club brand.
