Between 2011 and 2013, SMK succeeded in restructuring and consolidating its assets, leading to the birth of two subsidiaries: PT. Tanjung Karoso Permai dan PT. Dwimukti Mitra Wisata. Now, SMK functions as a holding company that focuses on improving the company’s position as well as its ability to seek opportunities and improve its investment value for its shareholders via these subsidiaries.

As a subsidiary, PT. Dwimukti Mitra Wisata owns a host of hotel properties in leading Indonesian regions, including Jakarta, Bali and East Nusa Tenggara. The hotels owned by PT. Dwimukti Mitra Wisata are branching out the 3-star and 4-star market, operated by leading hotel operating company, Sotis Hospitality Management

With the mission to establish a leading tourism area in Eastern Indonesia, SMK established a subsidiary called PT. Tanjung Karoso Permai in 2013.

This subsidiary develops a land bank for SMK, in hopes of developing it into an integrated area, at Tanjung Karoso village, Southwest Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

To boost SMK’s commitment to achieving its vision and mission,
