History
Our story begins when PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk started its first milestone in property by developing HARRIS Hotel Tuban - Bali in 2002. At that time, we had foresight about shifting consumer behaviors on travel lifestyle and soon focused on specified property such as hoteliers, shopping centers and apartments. We continue to find ideas and
concepts based on innovation and creativity in presenting iconic lifestyle destination in every location.
PT Indonesian Paradise Property carry forward with the next milestone. The company through its subsidiary company PT Indonesian Paradise Island later developed Sahid Kuta Lifestyle Resort area, included beachwalk Shopping Center and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in 2012. Our business position as a mixed-use property developer is strengthen after making an acquisition of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk in 2015.
At the beginning of 2017, in collaboration with BINUS Bandung, we officially inaugurated 23 Paskal Shopping Center through PT Mitra Perdana Nuansa, one of our subsidiary company.
