 PT. Sriwahana Adityakarta’s first facility commissioned in 1990. Located at Sukoharjo, Sriwahana has committed to provide Carton Box, Paper Tube, and Paper Cone to PT. Sri Rejeki Isman. Since then, Sriwahana has grown continuously especially in corrugated industry. As a testament to the strong growth and determination, a Corrugated Machine has been installed in Sawit, Boyolali with built up area 4.200 m2 on 2014.

   PT. Sriwahana Adityakarta aims to deliver corrugated carton packaging solutions required by companies to protect their valuable goods. Our deep understanding of this business practices has led us to gain trust from numerous multinational company as our customers.

   We might have started out as a humble corrugated box manufacturer, but SProviding a high quality products that meets customer’s expectations and needsriwahana has come a long way.  The Company was incorporated on April 14th, 1980 seeunder the name of PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya. In accordance with its articles of associations the Company is engaged in forestry, industry and mining.

 By virtue of the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dated December 18th, 2012, the Company changed its name to PT SLJ Global Tbk and has obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in the Decree No. AHU- 25591.AH.01.02.Year 2013 dated May 14th, 2013.

 Since the beginning of its establishment, Company specializes in the field of forestry and timber industry by managing 1 (one) IUPHHK-HA (formerly: Forest Concession) with total areasof 132,000 hectaresand a plywood mill with a production capacity of 66,000 m3/year. In line with the development of business, through various corporate actions, among others, merger, acquisition, additional investment and divestment, the Company currently has a plywood factory with installed capacity of 190,000 m3/year and a MDF factory (Medium Density Fiberboard) with an installed capacity of 200,000 m3/ year. The Company and its subsidiaries currently manages six (6) natural forest with total areas of 770,455 hectares, including IUPHHK-HA on behalf of PT Essam Timber and PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya V which are still in the process of extension of licenses from of the Minister of Environment and Forestry. In addition, the other business unitis Power Plant, which is managed by its subsidiary, PT Kalimantan Powerindo (PT.KP) with a total capacity of 22.5 MW.

 In March 1994 the Company made its first public offering of 25,000,000 common shares, to the public and listed all the issued shares of the Company at the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now: Indonesia Stock Exchange).

 Through several Rights Issues, offer of warrants and conversion of debt into equity, the number of shares that have been removed from the portfolio of the Company and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is currently amounts to 3,986,916,802 shares.

In 2002 PT Astra International Tbk. at that time as the Company majority shareholder (75% shareholding) sold all of its shares to PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera (PT.SGS). PT.SGS is a company which has long been engaged in timber related industries, which before releasing its entire shareownership in the Company, it was recorded to have 24.63% of all shares issued by the Company.

 In November 2016 Mr. Amir Sunarko as the President Director of the Company purchased all shares owned by PT.SGS (24.63%) in the Company through negotiated market mechanism on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. SLJ Global (SULI) History

 The company was initially set up in 1983 as PT. INDO ALHOHOL UTAMA, and later changed in 1986 to PT. INDO ACIDATAMA CHEMICAL INDUSTRY. Presently the core business of Company is Agro Chemicals Industry, producing Ethanol, Acetic Acid and Ethyl Acetate, and started commercial production since 1989. In October 2005, after merger with PT. SARASA NUGRAHA Tbk, we became a public listed company with shares traded at the Indonesian Stock Exchange under the code of SRSN categorized under Basic Chemicals Industry. In May 2006 the company was renamed as PT. INDO ACIDATAMA Tbk.

 PT Suparma, Tbk was established in 1976 on a 5-hectare site in Surabaya, Indonesia, employing approximately 100 people. Our first jumbo roll paper was rolled out in 1978 using a paper machine with capacity of up to 6,000 tons per year.

 Responding to the growing paper demand in Indonesia, in 1983 we decided to embark the first expansion program by adding 3 units of paper machines which raised the total production capacity up to 36,000 tons per year. Along with the Indonesian government industrialization initiative and to accommodate the strong increase of paper demand in the country, further investments are made in 1992 by adding 2 units of paper machines with total capacity of 78,000 tons per year.

 In order to embrace the globalization era, we took a profound step by becoming a public company, listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange on November 15th, 1994.

 Quality, Reliability, and Service are the crucial culture within our company to achieve our future goals. With this vision in mind, the company initialized its own 27 MWH power plant unit in 1997. The power plant unit ensures steady and constant supply of electrical energy needed for production, enabling consistent product quality and timely customer request fulfilment.

 By 2015, our manufacturing activity operates in a 28-hectares area using 8 paper machine units with combined capacity up to 230,000 tons per year, producing varied range of industrial papers, fine papers, and tissues. These products will then be distributed towards our national and international market.

 Semen Indonesia is an Indonesian cement company established in 1957 in Gresik, with the name NV Semen Gresik. In 1991, PT Semen Gresik was the first state-owned company to go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
