Having achieved ISO 27001: 2013, MIDI continues to improve the security of electronic transactions
On March 5, 2021, PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (MIDI) passed the ISO 27001: 2013 audit certification from the British Standard Institution (BSI) Indonesia certification body. ISO 27001: 2013 is an international standard in the application of an information security management system. This certification is also MIDI's commitment to continuously improve the security of electronic transactions.

As is well known, MIDI has indeed provided flexibility for consumers to make payments. Various payment features via electronic wallets (e-wallets) and cashless can be used as transaction tools at MIDI.

MIDI Corporate Communication Arif L Nursandi explained that obtaining this certificate is expected to provide a sense of security for consumers. "This is our step to maintain the security of transactions made by MIDI consumers," said Andi on Tuesday (6/4/2021).

The existence of an ISO 27001 certificate is MIDI's ongoing effort to continuously improve information security systems. The achievement of this certificate is a form of the company's compliance with the Alfamidi brand with applicable regulations related to the provision of electronic transaction services.

Previously in October 2020, MIDI's parent company, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), had also obtained ISO 27001: 2013 certificate. The company with the Alfamart brand became the first retail company in Indonesia to achieve ISO 27001: 2013.

PT Modern Internasional Tbk. was founded on May 12, 1971 under the name of PT Modern Photo Film Company. Having undergone several changes in the Articles of Association of the Company, by the Notarial Act Budiarti Karnadi, SH No. 48, dated May 26, 1997, regarding changes to the Articles of Association of the Company, including change of the Company name, became PT Modern Photo Tbk and in June 2007, with the global business changes that happened, PT Modern Photo Tbk. changed its name to PT Modern Internasional Tbk. and since 1971, the Company has become the sole distributor for all Fujifilm Japan products in Indonesia.

The Company is engaged in Industrial Imaging product such as medical equipment, graphic art and document solution by carrying various brands.The Company is also developing Convenience Store chain which focus on fresh food and beverages as well as other convenience items.

In accordance with the vision KEEP FIGHTING & WIN and through 6R strategy undertaken by the Company which are the Business Repositioning, Business Reinvent, Business Process Reengineering, Right Sizing and Resource Allocation, the Company directed its main business focus to Convenience Store business and continued the Industrial Imaging business to fulfill the market demand. 
 

Seeing the performance achieved in 2012 with a focus on strategy and business in the field of Convenience Store and Industrial Imaging, the Company and its Subsidiaries continued in developing some activities to support focusing on several divisions as follows:
• In Industrial Office Imaging business, focused on providing Multifunction Color Copier through a document management solution that able to promote cost efficiency and environmental friendly based.
• In Industrial Medical business, focused on providing X-Ray film product and Fujifilm Computed Radiography equipment, X-Ray unit Shimadzu, Hologic Insight Surgical Mini C-Arm for hospitals and clinics.
• In Industrial Graphic Arts business, focused on providing plates and CTP (Computer to Plate) equipment and Fujifilm digital printing for printing industry.
• In Digital Imaging business, the Company will maintain its business units as long as possible and as profitable as it could by focusing on retail photography and also focused in digital printing solutions and creative solutions such as MPrisa and Photobook.
• In Cellular Pre Paid Reload business, by developing E-Reload product through the banking network in collaboration with various leading operators such as Telkmosel, Indosat, XL, Bakrie Telecom, and other telecommunication operators in Indonesia to be marketed through Fuji Image Plaza and Fujifilm Digital Imaging.

1. Batik Concern
Just as the Company’s performed in the previous years, in 2012, the Company remained focus on its commitment to conserve national culture, batik.

The Company held a batik competition, cooperated with The Indonesian Museum of Textile.

Resulted from each of the sale of these batik-packaged products to batik’s craftmen and entrepreneurs in Jakarta, so they could develop their creativities and productivities.

2. Care for the Orphans and Scavengers
As a form of Company’s concern to the less fortunate children, the Company work together with PT Bluebird arranged a watching movie together event for children from Sekolah Kami (a schoold for street children) and Yayasan Kurnia.

This event for 500 children from Sekolah Kami and Yayasan Kurnia divided in some periods. The first period had already done on October 16, 2012, located at Mega Bekasi XXI. The second and third period done on October 22, 2012 at Gading 21.

3. Break Fasting Together with the Orphans
For the purpose of establishing relationship with the community around the outlet also utilizing the holy month Ramadhan, the Company arranged break fasting together event also gave donation for the orphans who lived around the outlet area.

4. Care for Street Children
The Company, together with Yayasan Pansophia, arranged an activity with educational games for street children, and also gave a chance for all children to try and enjoy foods and beverages from the Company.

PT. Intermedia Capital Tbk. (“MDIA” or “Company”) was established in 2008 and headquartered at Komplek Rasuna Epicentrum Lot.9 Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Karet Kuningan Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Indonesia. Established on 1 June 2010 in Jakarta under the name ‘PT M Cash Integrasi’, pursuant to the Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company under the Name ‘PT M Cash Integrasi No. 1’ dated 1 June 2010, drawn up before Ukon Krisnajaya, S.H., SpN, Notary in Jakarta. Subsequently, in relation to the Public Offering that the Company undertook, it changed its name to ‘PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk’, pursuant to Deed No. 72 dated 11 August 2017.
In 2017 the Company also repositioned its business strategy, to engage in the digital product distribution business. The Company perceives that as more Indonesians are connected to the internet, the need for digital products, such as phone credits and other digital products, is also bound to rise. However, due to the uneven distribution of the infrastructure in Indonesia, utilization of digital products and their distribution cannot be optimally carried out. Therefore, in view of potential and existing constraints, the Company repositioned its business strategy in 2017 to become a digital product distributor with emphasis on four distribution channels: digital wholesale, cashiers, digital kiosks, and applications/chatbots.
Throughout 2018, the Company strongly reinforced its footing, with massive and in-depth distribution infrastructure spread across Indonesia. By end-2018, the Company had successfully multiplied its distribution points.
