PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (“The
Company”) was established based on Deed No. 245 dated April 22, 1981 jo.
Revision deed No. 14 dated January 11,1982, both of which were made in
front of Notary
Kartini Muljadi, SH. The
Deed of establishment and its Revision were approved by the Minister of
Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. Y.A
5/48/2 dated May 8, 1982. The Company’s article of association have been
amanded several times, Minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders
Superb is reaffirmed in Deed 13 dated July 3, 2015 on changes in the
composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners as well
as the Amendment to the Articles of Association to conform with the
Regulation of Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2014, made by Notary
Leolin Jayayanti SH. This Amandment was approved by the minister of Law
and Human Right of the Republic of Indonesia in its Letter
No.AHU.AH.01.03-0953041 dated July, 30 2015.
The Company owns an integrated wood processing factory which was
built on the area of 179.050 m2. The factory is located along the
