The company was initially set up in 1983 as PT. INDO ALHOHOL UTAMA, and later changed in 1986 to PT. INDO ACIDATAMA CHEMICAL INDUSTRY. Presently the core business of Company is Agro Chemicals Industry, producing Ethanol, Acetic Acid and Ethyl Acetate, and started commercial production since 1989. In October 2005, after merger with PT. SARASA NUGRAHA Tbk, we became a public listed company with shares traded at the Indonesian Stock Exchange under the code of SRSN categorized under Basic Chemicals Industry. In May 2006 the company was renamed as PT. INDO ACIDATAMA Tbk.
Business activities of the company based on the articles of Association of the company are: in accordance with article 3 of the company articles of Association, the scope of activities of the company include apparel industry, basic chemicals, plastics and packaging of export and import trade.
