Established in Juli 6, 2006, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra (“Balitower”)
is a leading provider of telecommunication tower infrastructures in
Bali Province as well as a pioneer in the provision of tower facilities
that are equipped with integrated transmission facility through fiber
optic/ wireless network, which is then providing the Company with the
ability to continuously support the technological advancement in the
telecommunication field. On March 13, 2014, Balitower officially listed
its shared in Indonesia Stock Exchange and started trading with stock
code BALI.

- Leasing of fiber optic and/or transmission infrastructure.
Balitower
consistently improve the business performance in its business
activities with the development of technology in Indonesia, which is
evidenced by the establishment of good cooperation with some of
Indonesia's leading operators and business support companies Balitower.
Balitower has also expanded its business activities following the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology on the approval of the implementation of Internet Protocol Television service in December 2017, whereby the expansion of this business activity is a cooperation in the form of Combo Product Services between TV Cable Services provided by PT Paramitra Media Interactive as a subsidiary with Internet Services provided by Balitower called "balifiber".

PT Paramitra Intimega (PIM) was established
based on certificate No.14 dated 30 March 2004, written in presence of
Yulia S.H. as notary in Tangerang. The deed of establishment was
authorized by Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Republic of
Indonesia by way of decree No.C-09044HT.01.01.TH.2004 dated 15 April
2004.
PT Paramitra Media Interaktif (PMI) was
established based on certificate No.118 dated 27 December 2013, written
in presence of Hannywati Gunawan S.H. as notary in Jakarta. The deed of
establishment was authorized by Minister of Justice and Human Rights of
Republic of Indonesia by way of decree No.AHU-03026.AH.01.01 dated 21
