The company continues to implement business models based on synergy and diversification by focusing its business on the property business (real estate and hotel) segment, as well as telecommunications services. Through the development and management of the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) integrated commercial area, the Company has proven its quality as a leading international developer and manager of property in Indonesia. An area of ​​± 45 hectares in Jakarta's Golden Triangle has developed into a premium business center with office buildings, exclusive residences, modern shopping centers, and five-star hotels, which are supported and equipped with integrated facilities and infrastructure.

In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association stated in Deed No. 70 dated July 27, 2015 made before M. The Indonesia Stock Exchange Building & Kusuma Chandra Apartment are completed.

2002
IPO of 100 Million shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange

SCBD Suites and Capital Residence apartments have been completed
