Then the Company changed its name to PT Zebra Taxi, through deed no. 200 dated September 29, 1987 made by Soetjipto, SH. Notary in Surabaya.

On May 26, 1990 the Company changed its name again to PT. Zebra Nusantara at the same time increased the company's authorized capital from Rp. 6,000,000,000 to Rp. 35,000,000,000 and a paid-up capital of Rp. 4,964,400,000.

In the GMS on October 11, 1996, the Company assigned its status as an “open” company to PT Zebra Nusantara, Tbk. In addition, the Company's stock split shares from a nominal value of Rp. 1,000, - per share to Rp. 500,- per share and increase the Authorized Capital to Rp. 75,000,000,000,-. On November 1, 2000 the company conducted a Riht Issue by increasing the authorized capital to Rp. 80,000,000,000,- and issued and fully paid up capital of Rp. 20,041,249,000,- and issued new series B shares with a nominal value of Rp. 100,- per share through Limited Public Offering I for the issuance of Pre-emptive Rights.

The Company acquired PT Surabaya Artautama Bersama which is engaged in a similar business field, namely taxi transportation services.

The Company increased its authorized capital to Rp. 300,000,000,000,- which is divided into 2,839,670,008 shares, consisting of 40,082,498 series A shares @ Rp. 500,- per share and 615,574,204 series B shares @ Rp. 100- per share.

On August 10, 2005, the Company established a subsidiary named PT Zebra Energi, which is engaged in the business of BBG (Gas Fuel).

The Company did a "spin off" of assets to PT Zebra Energi, especially assets related to the management of CNG.
