- Establishing and running service bureau such as promotion, management, marketing service, land selling and purchasing service, buildings, apartments, offices, shops, recreational parks, restaurants and tourism destination
- Establishing and operating business in services of design, construction and maintenance of housing, hotels, apartments, offices, shops, recreational parks and tourism destination including restaurants, golf courses, along with the associated facilities
