Kabelindo Murni (KBLM)
PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk. ("Kabelindo") is one of
the manufacturers of electric cables and telecommunication cables oldest
in Indonesia. Kabelindo history began when it was founded in 1972 under
the name of PT Kabel Indonesia ("Kabelindo"), when it Kabelindo is a
Foreign Investment Company (PMA). Then, in 1979, ownership changed into
Company Kabelindo Domestic Investment (DCI) and the name was changed to
PT Kabelindo Pure and endorsed by the Deed of Establishment # 71 dated
October 11, 1979 issued by the notary office Frederik Alexander Tumbuan,
in Jakarta..
In 1992, Kabelindo officially became a public
company and its first stock offering as much as 3,100,000 shares at the
Jakarta Stock Exchange (now Indonesia Stock Exchange) with the code KBLM
and total number of shares is 14,000,000 registered shares.
In 1995, the Company distributed bonus shares
amounting to 14,000,000 shares, bringing the total shares listed on the
Stock Exchange became 28,000,000 shares.
In 1995, the Company made a capital increase with
Preemptive Rights (ER) or the Rights Issue as many as 28 million
shares, bringing the total shares listed on the Stock Exchange became
56,000,000 shares.
In 2001, the Company issued the shares without
Preemptive Rights (ER) of 1.064 billion shares, bringing the total
shares listed on the Stock Exchange into 1.12 billion shares.
Along the way, Kabelindo experienced changes
recorded in the Articles of Association Articles of Association of last
year 2008, precisely on October 6, 2008, supported by Deed No. 01 by
