PT Dwi Guna Laksana (DGL) was founded in
1986 as a general contractor. The Company acquired a Mining Business
Licence (IUP) in 2007 and two years later signed long-term Coal Sales
Agreement (PJBB) with PLN to supply seven power plants located in
provinces throughout Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku and Kalimantan.
In 2012, DGL was consolidated into PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia
Tbk. (CNKO), following the holding company’s Rp 2.3 trillion Rights
Issue. During the same year, the same year DGL signed three additional
PJBB for power plants in Java and Sulawesi.
Today, after a decade of experience and track record, DGL has
established itself as one of the major coal supplier in the domestic
power generation sector with 11 PJBB that scattered throughout the
country. In addition, the Company also secured eight Letter of Intent
(LoI) for PLN-owned power plants that are still under constructions.
DGL has three business units, all of which are in South Kalimantan. A
coal mine and a port located in Tanah Laut regent, while another mine
is located in Banjar regent.

Located in the Jilatan Village, District of Batu Ampar, Regency of Tanah
Laut, South Kalimantan. The concession is approximately 96 km from
Banjarmasin.
PT Sinergi Laksana Bara Mas
PT Sinergi Laksana Bara Mas (SLBM) was established in 2017 as a fuel
trading company. The company is located in Jakarta and is registered
with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
