business activities engaged in freight transportation and storage of
hazardous materials and toxic, particularly chemicals, oil and gas. Our
main customers are companies engaged in the upstream sector of the
chemical industry which produces basic chemicals, both for domestic
needs and for export.

In the B3 transportation services industry,
chemical and crude oil, is an activator of the chemical industry. The
development of transport services will grow along with the growth of the
upstream and downstream of chemical and crude oil industry in
Indonesia. The development of the chemical industry in Indonesia is
generally intended to strengthen the competitiveness, extending the
processing chain in the country and motivating the growth of the
industry “cluster”.
 Safety
is a basic requirement that must be met by SDMU before any activity.
The need for safety has been inherent in each individual company making
SDMU Transportation Company B3 with high safety standards.
SDMU operates its own fleet and is also supported and supplemented the Company’s operational support facilities which include:
- ISOTANK (IMO1, IMO-5, Capacity: 23.000Lt – 25.000Lt)
- Internal training center to improve driver knowledge and culture of safe driving.
- Workshop with complete equipment and certified technicians to support the repair and maintenance of the fleet.
- Cleaning Facility to ensure that no contamination between products transported.
- Emergency Response to support the rapid evacuation of the emergency response in case of an accident on the road.

familiarized with the chemicals and hazardous and toxic materials (B3)
for industrial activity. Petrochemical is one of the ten core industry
groups, where products are olefins (ethylene, propylene and other
products such as Py-gas and C4 mixture) is the base material for
extensive production of a wide range of consumer products and industrial

- PT. Sidomulyo Logistik engages in the field of customs clearance and services to support the Company in handling the export and import of chemicals
- PT. Green Asia Tankliner is an Isotank rental service provider that supports the company’s transportation operations
- PT. Tank Station Indonesia is a Joint Venture with Chemstation Asia engaging in the washing and repair of Isotanks using the first fully automated machine in Indonesia. The target markets of this company are the Isotank providers that rent out Isotank in Indonesia. This company operates in Marunda, Jakarta, West Java.

PT. Anugerah Roda Kencana is a trading company that specializes in the buying and selling of spare parts of trucking vehicles. This company is used to meet the needs of procuring spare parts of the Company Is own fleet and will also be sold to other parties Sidomulyo Selaras SDMU

investors and public in general to meet requirements on information
transÂparency as indicated in GCG principles.
Corporate Secretary is tasked to hold
responsible for publicaÂtion activities including maintaining the
fairness, consistency and transparency of any matter relating to company
manageÂment and other corporation actions and monitoring of
compliÂance to capital market regulations and acting as liaison officer
