Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center was officially opened in March 1990; it
stands on a plot measuring 38,050 sqm with total floor area of 62.747
sqm and lettable area of 40.591 sqm. Its 5 floors dedicated to retail
activities span the basement and first to fourth floors; there are also
2.5 floors dedicated for parking. To accommodate the ever increasing
demand for shopping areas, in January 2009 there was expansion of space
to 42.325 sqm, including lettable area of 24.645 sqm on 6 floors for
retail space and 5 floors for parking space that is connected to Jl. M.
H. Thamrin.
Since its opening, Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center has maintained its
