 The Company was established based on notarial deed No. 31 dated April 23, 1983 of Sastra Kosasih, S.H., notary in Surabaya, as PT Triyasa Tamihan. Subsequently the Company’s name was changed to PT Ometraco Realty and in year 1996 it became PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk.

 Company’s shares have been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange since August 22, 1994, amounting to 100,000,000 shares, while currently total number of shares listed is 1,745,000,000.

Established in 1983, this plaza was successful in its early years and became a favorite shopping destination at that time. But as Bandung is developing and new malls with new concept came along, the popularity of Plaza Parahyangan diminished and it was almost extinct, especially when the fire incident happened and  Ramayana was closed in year 2001.
