The company was founded in 1979 under the name PT. Bintaro Raya based on the Domestic Investment Law on May 25, 1979, Deed No. 36 of Hobropoerwanto, SH., Which was amended by Deed No. 14 of the same notary on December 6, 1979. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. Y.A 5/498/24 dated December 22, 1979 and announced in State Gazette No. 23 March 18 1980, Supplement No. 148. The company name was later changed to PT. Jaya Real Property based on Deed No. 133 on May 14, 1992 was made before Sutjipto, a notary in Jakarta. The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times, overall through Deed No. 52 On 4 June 2009, made by Aulia Taufani, SH. as a substitute for Sutjipto, SH., at that time a notary in Jakarta who had received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights based on his Decree No. AHU-50606.AH.01.02 of 2009 Date of October 20, 2009 and finally with Deed No. 3 On 1 June 2010 by Aulia Taufani, SH., As a substitute for Sutjipto, SH., A notary in Jakarta, concerning the change of the Company's place of domicile. The amendment to the Company's articles of association has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-40349.AH.01.02 of 2010 dated 16 August 2010.
The Company's scope of activities relates to urban development which
includes development of residential and industrial area, building
infrastructure and public facility, providing support services, direct
or indirect investments through subsidiaries or joint investment with
other parties.
It is expected that the ethical and behavioral standards of each employee of the Company can be internalized and implemented in accordance with the Code of Ethics. Upholding this standard helps to ensure that all the rights and interests of all shareholders, internal and external, are protected in all interactions and transactions of the Company. Some of the behaviors described in this Code are included in the Key Behavior Indicators (KBI) to assess employee performance. Reports on violations of the Code of Ethics will be provided to the Ethics Committee which reviews each case and makes recommendations for following up on the case, including sanctions if needed.
