Citra
Maja Raya 1 is a 430 hectares joint-operation project between Hanson
(through PT Armidian Karyatama Tbk and PT Harvest Time) and Ciputra
Group. Since its successful launch in 2014, Citra Maja Raya has sold
more than 9,000 units of houses and commercial shophouses. The project
is located 500 metres from Maja train station and within 90 minutes
train ride from Jakarta CBD. Hanson International MYRX
Citra
Maja Raya 2 is a 450 hectares joint operation development between PT
Putra Asih Laksana (owned 25% by Hanson) and Ciputra Group. Similar to
Citra Maja Raya 1, it is located very close to Maja Train Station and is
within 90 minutes train ride from Jakarta CBD. Since its first launch
in November 2016, Citra Maja Raya 2 has sold more than 5,000 units of

Forest
Hill is a 46 hectares housing development located in Jalan Raya Dago,
Parung Panjang (located within 20 minutes ride from Serpong area).
Forest Hill is located within 800 metres from Parung Panjang train
station and is within 50 minutes train ride to Jakarta CBD area. The
project was initially launched in 2014 as "Serpong Kencana" and was
renamed to Forest Hill in November 2016. Forest Hill has cumulatively
sold more than 1,600 units of houses and commercial shophouses. Hanson International MYRX
Millennium
city is a 1,000 hectares development located in Cisauk, Tangerang
(within 5 minutes ride from Serpong area). Millennium City can also be
accessed either from Parung Panjang train station or Cisauk train
station and is within 40 minutes train ride to Jakarta CBD. Millennium
CIty was launched in May 2018 and has since sold more than 400 units of
