The company was founded on February 20, 1984 located on Jl. Appears No. 1 Gedangan - Sidoarjo, East Java. The Company is engaged in the industry of four-wheeled motorized vehicle wheels made of aluminum alloy which is commonly known as racing wheels or aluminum alloy wheels.

The company began commercial production in 1986 with an initial capacity of 6,000 units per month.

The Company has fulfilled international quality standards and obtained a JWL-VIA (Japan Wheel License - Japan Vehicle Inspection Association) certificate since 1987. So that in 1987 the Company has succeeded in penetrating export markets to several countries.

In 1990, the Company made an initial public offering and listed its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange, which was then followed by increasing production capacity and increasing product variants.


In 1996, the Company received the Primaniyarta award from the President of the Republic of Indonesia for successfully supporting the government's program to increase exports of non-oil and gas products.

In 1998 the Company obtained an ISO 9001: 1994 certificate and was last updated to ISO 9001: 2008 in 2010.

In 2002, the Company became a Bonded Zone. The Company's operating hours are 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

In 2010, the Company also obtained a German TÜV (Techniscer Uberwachungs-Verein) Certificate with certificate number 49 02 0341007 and the USA SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association). In 2013 the Company obtained an SNI certificate for the car rim category, which was issued by B4T-LSPr (Central for Material and Technical Products-Institute for Product Certificates).  Prima Alloy Steel Universal PRAS
