PT. Berlina Tbk provides one stop solution for plastic packaging with
state-of-the-art technology and machinery, complete product design &
development, Tube, Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Cap, Decoration
and Mould making facilities. Competent management and human resources
including product innovation to maintain cost competitiveness.
Berlina Tbk was established in 1969
based on notarial deed No. 35 dated August 18, 1969 of Julian Nimrod
Siregar Gelar Mangaradja Namora, SH, Notary in Jakarta. The deed of
establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of
Indonesia in his decision letter. No. Y.A.5/423/18 dated December 12,
1973 and was published in the State Gazette No. 37 Supplement No.284
dated May 10, 1977. The Articles of Association have been amended
several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 4 dated July 8, 2015
of Dyah Guntari Soemarwoto, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. These changes were
approved by Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
Indonesia in his Decision Letter No. AHU-3530595.AH.01.11 dated July 8,
2015.
Starting with one Blow Moulding machine in the first year. From thereon the Company continuously grows as a significant player in the plastic packaging industry. Currently PT Berlina Tbk has seven factories, which are in Pandaan, Pasuruan - East Java, in Gempol, Pasuruan - East Java, in Sidoarjo – East Java, two factories in Tangerang - Banten, in Cikarang - West Java, and in Hefei, China. The Company currently employs approximately 1.636 employees.
