Nipon Indosari Corpindo (ROTI)


1995 - 2001
 Established as a foreign investment company named PT Nippon Indosari Corporation and operated the first factory in Cikarang, West Java. Commercial production of “Sari Roti” brand breads commenced in 1996 and two machinery lines were added in 2001.

2003-2008
 Changed the Company's name to PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo from PT Nippon Indosari Corporation in 2003. The second factory started in Pasuruan, East Java in 2005 and third factory was opened in Cikarang,West Java, in 2008.

2010-2014
 Initial Public Offering was on 28th June, 2010 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the ticker code “ROTI”. Factories in Semarang (Central Java) and Medan (North Sumatera) were opened in 2011. The Company started the sixth factory in Cibitung (West Java) in 2012, as well as adding one new production line to each of the existing factories located in Pasuruan, Semarang, and Medan. Another two new factories in Makassar (South Sulawesi) and Palembang (South Sumatera) started their operations in 2013, followed by double capacity factories in Purwakarta (West Java) and Cikande (Banten) in 2014.

2015 
 Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) and ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System) in Cibitung, Cikarang, Cikande, Purwakarta and Semarang plants.
