Sudirman Kav. 7-8, Jakarta 10220 and branch offices are located at Jalan Raya Darmo No. 23-25, Surabaya, and the factory is located at Jalan Jenggolo II / 17 Sidoarjo.
Shareholders who own 5% or more shares of Sekar Laut Tbk include: Omnistar Investment Holding Limited (26.78%), PT Alamiah Sari (controlling) (26.16%), Malvina Investment Limited (17.22%), Shadforth Agents Limited (13.39%) and Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) QQ KP2LN Jakarta III (12.54%).
Based on the Company's Articles of Association, the scope of SKLT activities covers the industry of making crackers, tomato sauce, chili sauce, cooking spices and light meals as well as selling its products domestically and abroad. Its products are marketed under the FINNA brand name.
