The company was established based on Deed No. 514 made before Misahardi Wilamarta, SH, Notary in Jakarta, on June 20, 1989 under the name PT Lippin Securities. This deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2-6029.HT.01.01.TH.89 dated 6 July 1989 and announced in State Gazette No. 80 Additional No. 3904 on 5 October 1990. On 6 December 1990, the name of PT Lippin Securities was changed to PT Lippo Securities. The company became a public company in 1994 and made a limited public offering I, II, and III in 1996, 1997, and 2011. In 1997, the name of PT Lippo Securities was changed to PT Lippo Securities, Tbk. Since 27 December 2006, the company s office is in Ruko Pinangsia, Karawaci Office Park Blok M No. 38/39, Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang 15139.

The Company s Articles of Association have been amended several times, most recently by the Deed of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 17 and Deed of Meeting Decree No. 18, both of them dated 10 June 2011 made before S.P. Henny Singgih, SH, Notary in Jakarta who has been notified of the amendment to the Company s Articles of Association based on a letter receiving notification from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with his decision No. AHU-AH.01.10-18988 dated 20 June 2011 and has been registered in the Company Register with the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with No. AHU-0049774.AH.01.09 of 2011 dated 20 June 2011.

In accordance with article 3 of the Company s Articles of Association, the Company s business activities are as underwriters, stock brokers and investment managers. At present, the company only has a business license as an investment manager from the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK), according to Decree No. KEP-31 / PM-MI / 1992 dated 27 November 1992. Investment Objectives
Lippo Dana Prima Mutual Fund aims to obtain optimum growth in investment value in the long term through investments in equity securities issued by corporations that are sold in Public Offerings and / or traded on stock exchanges domestically or abroad and debt securities issued. by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and / or corporations that are sold in a Public Offering and / or traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange as well as domestic money market instruments with maturities of less than 1 (one) year.

Investment policy
Lippo Dana Prima Mutual Funds will invest in a composition of securities portfolios, namely:

Minimum 5% (five percent) and maximum 75% (seventy five percent) of equity securities issued by corporations that are sold in a Public Offering and / or traded on a domestic or foreign Stock Exchange;
Minimum 5% (five percent) and maximum 75% (seventy five percent) of debt securities issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and / or corporations that are sold in a Public Offering and / or traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has been rated by the company securities rating registered with Bapepam-LK, and / or domestic money market instruments with maturities of less than 1 (one) year; in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

Lippo Equity Plus Mutual Funds
LIPPO EQUITY PLUS is a Mutual Fund in the form of a Collective Investment Contract issued under Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and its implementing regulations in the field of Mutual Funds. The LIPPO EQUITY PLUS Collective Investment Contract is contained in Deed No. 35 dated January 30, 2015, drawn up before Leolin Jayayanti, SH., A notary in Jakarta (“LIPPO EQUITY PLUS Collective Investment Contract”), between PT Lippo Securities Tbk as the Investment Manager and PT Bank Bukopin Tbk as the Custodian Bank.
LIPPO EQUITY PLUS received an effective statement from OJK in accordance with Letter No. S-131 / D.04 / 2015 dated 2 April 2015.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES
LIPPO EQUITY PLUS aims to obtain a maximum increase in investment value in the long term in the form of capital gains and dividends through investing in equity securities

INVESTMENT POLICY
LIPPO EQUITY PLUS will invest with an investment portfolio composition of a minimum of 80% (eighty percent) and a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Net Asset Value in equity securities issued by an Indonesian legal entity that has been sold in a Public Offering and / or traded on Stock Exchanges both domestically and abroad and a minimum of 0% (zero percent) and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Asset Value of debt securities issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and / or corporations with Indonesian legal entities which have been sold in a Public Offering and / or traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and / or domestic money market instruments and / or deposits; in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
In terms of investing in foreign securities, LIPPO EQUITY PLUS will refer to the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia and the laws of the State underlying the issuance of such foreign securities.

The Investment Manager will always adjust the above investment policies with the applicable OJK Regulations and the policies issued by the OJK

Limited Participation Mutual Funds

Mutual Funds in the form of Limited Participation Collective Investment Contracts (“Limited Participation Mutual Funds” or “RDPT”) are containers used to raise funds from Professional Investors which are then invested by the Investment Manager in Securities portfolios.

Mutual Funds in the form of Limited Participation Collective Investment Contracts (“Limited Participation Mutual Funds” or “RDPT”) are containers used to raise funds from Professional Investors which are then invested by the Investment Manager in Securities portfolios.

Professional Investors are investors who have the ability to purchase Participation Units and carry out risk analysis on Mutual Funds in the form of Limited Participation Collective Investment Contracts as stipulated in Bapepam-LK regulations.

These securities are traded on foreign stock exchanges whose information can be accessed through the mass media or available internet facilities.

LIPPO PROTECTED IV is a Protected Mutual Fund in the form of a Collective Investment Contract as set out in the Deed of Collective Investment Contract for Protected Mutual Funds. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

PROTECTED IV LIPPO aims to provide 100% (one hundred%) protection of the Investment Principal of the Participation Units which will be achieved in their entirety on the Final Redemption Date and to provide the Unit Holder with a yield on each Investment Return Distribution Date.

INVESTMENT POLICY

PROTECTED IV LIPPO will invest up to the Final Redemption Date by investing:

minimum 80% (eighty%) and maximum 100% (one hundred%) of the Net Asset Value in debt securities issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and / or corporations with Indonesian legal entities that have been sold in a Public Offering and / or traded on the Stock Exchange Indonesia that has been rated by a Securities rating company that has been registered with the OJK and is included in the investment grade category;

PROTECTED LIPPO V is a Protected Mutual Fund in the form of a Collective Investment Contract as set out in the deed of LIPPO PROTECTED V Collective Investment Contract Number 78 dated 18 December 2017, drawn up before Leolin Jayayanti, SH., M.Kn., a notary in Jakarta between PT Lippo Securities Tbk as an Investment Manager with PT Bank Bukopin Tbk as the Custodian Bank. PROTECTED LIPPO V obtained a statement of effectiveness from OJK in accordance with Letter No. S-74 / PM.21 / 2018 dated 25 January 2018.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

LIPPO PROTECTED V aims to provide 100% (one hundred percent) protection of the Principal Investment of Participation Units which will be achieved in their entirety on the Final Redemption Date and to provide the Unit Holder with a yield on each Investment Return Distribution Date.

INVESTMENT POLICY

PROTECTED LIPPO V will invest until the Final Repayment Date with the composition of the investment portfolio, namely:
(a) a minimum of 80% (eighty percent) and a maximum of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Net Asset Value of Debt Securities issued and / or guaranteed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and / or Debt Securities issued by corporations and / or international institutions where the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the members and / or Asset Backed Securities and / or other Debt Securities determined by the OJK at a later date, which have been rated by a Securities Rating Company that has been registered with OJK and is in the investment grade category ( investment grade) and traded in Indonesia; and
(b) a minimum of 0% (zero percent) and a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Net Asset Value of domestic money market instruments and / or deposits, in Rupiah currency;

Lippo Dana Likuid Mutual Funds

LIPPO DANA LIKUID is a mutual fund in the form of a collective investment contract as set forth in the deed of LIPPO DANA LIKUID COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT CONTRACT Number 77 dated 18 December 2017, drawn up before Leolin Jayayanti SH., M.Kn., a notary in Jakarta (hereinafter referred to as "Contract Collective Investment LIPPO DANA LIKUID ”), between PT Lippo Securities Tbk as the Investment Manager and PT Bank Bukopin Tbk as the Custodian Bank. LIPPO DANA LIKUID obtained a statement of effectiveness from the OJK in accordance with Letter No. S-94 / PM.21 / 2018 dated 29 January 2018.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

LIPPO DANA LIKUID aims to maintain the initial investment value and generate a stable and optimal rate of return through investment in Money Market Instruments and / or Debt Securities issued with a maturity of not more than 1 (one) year and / or a remaining maturity of not more of 1 (one) year and / or deposits.

INVESTMENT POLICY

LIPPO DANA LIKUID will invest with an investment portfolio composition of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Net Asset Value in domestic money market instruments with maturities of not more than 1 (one) year and / or debt securities traded in Indonesia, issued with a maturity of not more than 1 (one) year and / or remaining maturity of not more than 1 (one) year and traded in Indonesia and / or deposits; according to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

Debt Securities as referred to above include:
  1. Debt Securities and / or Fixed Income Sharia Securities offered through a Public Offering and / or traded in Indonesia; 
  2. Debt Securities and / or Fixed Income Sharia Securities issued and / or guaranteed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and / or issued by international institutions of which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is a member; 
  3. Asset Backed Securities that are offered through a Public Offering and / or offered not through a Public Offering and have already received a rating from a Securities Rating Company registered with OJK; 
  4. Debt Securities and / or Fixed Income Sharia Securities that are offered not through a Public Offering and have been rated by a Securities Rating Company registered with OJK and included in the investment grade category; and / or 
  5. Debt Securities and / or other Fixed Income Sharia Securities determined by OJK at a later date.
