TOTALINDO has been through a winding journey since its unexpected
initiation in 1995. Due to economic crisis, an alarming financial
situation in 1999 became inevitable. However, it did not necessarily
intimidate us; we managed to keep our reputable position in Indonesian
construction industry and continue moving forward.
Today, the construction industry continues to grow along with the
increasing market demand. Under such competitive nature, TOTALINDO has
the ability to excel by expanding its expertise, both in technical and
management area. We are greatly empowered by exceptional technological
advancement and proficient workforce, sustaining us on building
prestigious projects in Indonesia.
Achieving our vision to be the leader of construction industy, we are
fully committed on providing an excellent service and building trust in
our business. As an evidence, on June 16th, 2017, TOTALINDO took the
giant leap by listing (IPO) in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
As a President Director of TOTALINDO, it has always been my sincere
hope for the continuous growth of Indonesia’s construction industry,
which in return will boost our nation’s image in the international

1995
The Founder of Totalindo completed Taman Anggrek Mall as its
commencement, known as the largest superblock in Southeast Asia at the
time.
1996
PT Totalindo Eka Persada was established while commencing the Hotel Mulia Senayan project.
1999
A traditional market project in Cianjur was the Company’s solution to the massive financial crisis in 1998.
2003
Working on governmental project in Riau: Cable Stayed Bridge was one of the sub-contractor.
2004
Participating in building Cipularang Highway Phase 2.
2006
Practicing top-down construction method in Plaza Indonesia Extension
Project. It becomes one of Totalindo’s expertise thereafter.
2008
Kalibata City, an apartment construction project with its 18 Towers built at the same time.
2009
The first international project, taking place in Abu Dhabi, UAE; City of Lights Al-Reem.
2014
Undertaking Podomoro City project, Deli Medan, the largest superblock in Indonesia up to now.
2012-2016
Completed Government projects related to public housing, i.e Korlantas Polri Houses, Tambora Rusunawa, KS Tubun Rusun
2017
In June 16th 2017, PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk took a giant leap by
listing its 6,666,000,000 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX),
including 1,666,000,000 new shares, representing 24.99% of public
