PT Cowell Development Tbk is one of the leading property developers
in Indonesia, specializing in the mid high-end property development.
Established on March 25th, 1981, the Company has been constantly
delivering and creating unique and quality products to meet the market
demands.
Initially established as PT Internusa Artacipta, the Company changed
its name in 2005 to PT Karya Cipta Putra Indonesia. In 2007, the
Company finally changed its identity to PT Cowell Development Tbk.
Over the years, the Company has undertaken high quality projects. The
Company commenced its first project in 1984, developing Melati Mas
Residence (formerly known as Villa Melati Mas), a residential property
located in Serpong, South Tangerang. In the subsequent years, the
Company expanded its coverage to apartment and commercial building
development projects.
Today, the Company portfolio consists of five residential properties,
namely Melati Mas Residence, Serpong Park, Serpong Terrace, Laverde,
and Borneo Paradiso, and multi-storey buildings such as Westmark, The
Oasis, and Lexington Residence. The Oasis and Borneo Paradiso are
developed under the mixed-use concept, which combines residential,
commercial, and supporting facilities in one sizeable area.
The Company's high standard has earned it good reputation for its
remarkable and outstanding projects. This tremendous achievement has
brought up the Company to be one of the prominent, respected, and

1981 Company Establishment
The Company was established as PT Internusa Artacipta on March 25.
1984 Melati Mas Residence Development
The Company obtained its first housing project developing Melati Mas Residence (MMR) in Serpong.
2000 New Shareholders. PT Gama Nusapala became a shareholder of the Company with the ownership of 50% shares.
2004 Serpong Park Development
The Company developed Serpong Park, a modern residential complex in Serpong.
2005 Company Name Change
The Company changed its name from PT Internusa Artacipta to PT Cipta Karya Putra Indonesia in line with the ownership change.
2007 IPO and Company Name Change
The Company conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and changed its name to PT Cowell Development Tbk.
2009 Borneo Paradiso Development
The Company developed Borneo Paradiso, a housing complex in Balikpapan.
2011 Westmark Apartment Development
PT Sandi Mitra Selaras, a subsidiary of the
Company, worked on the development of Westmark Apartment, an apartment
complex in the center of West Jakarta.
2012 The Acquisition of PT PAL
The Company acquired 99.98% ownership of PT Plaza Adika Lestari (PAL).

2013 Lexington Residence Apartment Development
Upon the acquisition of 99.99% share of PT Satria
Heritage Permata Perkasa, the Company worked on the development of
Lexington Residence Apartment in South Jakarta.
