PT Nusantara Inti Corpora, Tbk (formerly PT United Capital Indonesia, Tbk) ("Company") was established based on notarial deed No. 166 dated May 30, 1988 from Mohamad Said Tadjoedin, S.H. Notary in Jakarta under the name PT. Aneka Keloladana and has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree No. C2-5501 HT.01.01. Yr. 1988 dated June 30, 1988 and announced in the Republic of Indonesia State Gazette No. 99 dated 11 December 1990 supplement No. 5045.
The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times, most recently based on Deed of Decree No. Meeting. 106 dated July 28, 2016 from Humberg Lie, SH, SE, MKn, Notary in Jakarta regarding changes in the composition of the Company's management. The amendment to the articles of association was recorded in the receipt of notification of changes to the data of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-AH.01.03.-0067491 dated July 28, 2016.

The Company started its commercial operations on August 8, 1992 with business activities in accordance with the Articles of Association in the investment sector. These business activities were later expanded as underwriters according to the permission of the Chairman of Bapepam-LK.
