In line with the company's business growth, the Company has acquired a number of property companies which are currently under the umbrella of PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk. In April 2015, through its 20 subsidiaries, PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk. managing a total of 17 (seventeen) property construction projects in the Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi), Bandung and Bali.
Currently PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk. has a total land area of 1,059,149 m² of which 689,625 m² has been fully developed while the remaining 369,524 m² is now in the planning and development stage. Of the total land area owned by the company, 135,603 m² has been dedicated to houses, 702,675 m² for vertical housing (apartments) and the remaining 220,871 m² for commercial complexes.
