Sentra Food Indonesia (Food)
Founded on June 28, 2004, PT Sentra Food Indonesia is a company
specialized in the food and beverage sector and later acquired PT Kemang Food Industries and PT Sapbeverages Indonesia.
PT Kemang Food Industries (KEMFOOD) is a pioneer in the processed meat industry in
Indonesia. The company pioneered by Mr. Bambang Mustari Sadion (Bob
Sadino) in the early 1970s was one of the first processed meat companies
in Indonesia. Along with its development, in 1978, Bob Sadino
established a factory with modern technology which was established in
Pulo Gadung Industrial Area, Jakarta. In 2008 PT Kemang Food Industries (KEMFOOD) has joined and become part of PT Super Capital Indonesia.
At
present PT Kemang Food Industries manufactures various types of processed meat such as
sausages, burgers, meatballs, and delicatessen. In addition to these
processed meat products, PT Kemang Food Industriesalso produces specialty products
such as kebabs, dried beef, mayonnaise, and thousand island. In order to
maintain good quality and quality all products produced by PT Kemang Food Industries
are produced with high production standards by applying production
standards in accordance with halal standards of the Indonesian Ulama
