- TPSF acquired the ownership of PT Golden Plantation (GP) shares.
- PT Golden Plantation acquired PT Bumi Raya Investindo (BRI) and entered the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 23, 2014.

2016
TPSF melakukan divestasi saham PT Golden Plantation, Tbk kepada PT Jom Prawarsa Indonesia (JPI).
PT Golden Plantation Tbk (the Company) began to enter the palm oil business through the acquisition of PT Bumi Raya Investindo (BRI) located in South Kalimantan.
The Company made an initial public offering of 800,000,000 ordinary shares to the public on December 11, 2014 and subsequently all shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on December 23, 2014.
At present the Company through its Subsidiaries, has nine oil palm plantations, located in South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, Riau, South Sumatra and Jambi with concession areas covering 63,441 ha, of which 24,682 ha (or about 39 % of the total concession area) is embedded land. Around 47 % of the total planted land has been produced. The remaining areas that have not yet been planted are land reserves that have prospects for development by the Company and Subsidiaries.
The Company's subsidiary, PT Bumi Raya Investindo (BRI), has a palm oil mill with a production capacity of 30 MT TBS / hour which can be increased to 45 MT TBS / hour. This palm oil mill has been operating since 1Q 2013.
As of December 31, 2016, the Company and Subsidiaries had 1,372 permanent employees and 2,044 temporary employees. Golden Plantation (GOLL) History
